Washington State Meetings

Please share this information with all who are interested in hearing about land matters in our state.

ANNOUNCING TWO WASHINGTON STATE MEETINGS
EVRYONE IS INVITED TO ATTEND
Arlene Brooks our Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association’s Washington State Director has announced she will hold two state meetings, one on the west side of the mountains at King Oscars, 415 Ellingson Road, Pacific, WA from 9 AM – 4 PM on Saturday, January 9, 2010; and on the east side of the mountains at Union Gap School #2, 3201 South 4th , Union Gap, WA from 9 AM – 3 PM on Saturday, January 16, 2010. Lunch will be provided at a minimum cost at both meetings.
The speaker invitations have not been finalized yet but it looks like we will have representation from DNR, Forest Service, ORV E & E program and association land coordinators.

For those of you who are new the Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association, these meetings are held to discuss land matters only. This does away with having to discuss all the land issues at Winter Convention during the state caucus.

If you are planning to attend the west side meeting on January 9th please RSVP by January 4th.
If you are planning to attend the east side meeting on January 16th please RSVP by January 11th.
Please respond to Arlene Brooks, 253-833-8747 or arlenebrooks@comcast.net.

Sande Nettnin, Secretary
Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association

This is a first for our Washington State Director having two state meetings. People from this side of the mountains requested at Fall Delegates that a second state meeting be held this year, so please plan to attend the meeting on our side of the mountains and let our State Director, Arlene Brooks know that we appreciate everything she is doing for our association. Delegates, please take this information back to your clubs and let’s have a great turn out on January 16th, 2010. Remember RSVP by January 11th if you can.

Did this meeting help to convince you that we do not hold "secret meetings?" I am just kidding, Arlene always has a lot of information to digest and to act on, do NOT let her catch you with your hands in your pockets, or she will find something for you to volunteer for!:Dave:

Bryan may be already in trouble. Arlene was already on a first name basis.

Bryan it was good to meet/talk with you again. I look forward to many encounters. Seems like you were well prepared to challenge Mark. Almost seems like he had been asked by you the same or silimlar questions. You could see the wheels in his mind turning. Good work!

Dave, I'll see you and Frogg(?) next week in Union Gap.

Good to see you again as well...looking forward to the ride along opportunity.

I had briefly talked to Mark at one of the Reiter meetings in Monroe and it was nice to be able to continue the conversation. I hope I wasn't out of line with any of my questions/comments :ignore:
