Summer Convention

The PNW4WDA Summer Convention is held on the second weekend each August and is the premier competition event of our organization. Members compete for trophies in a variety of events. There's plenty of fun for the whole family at the weekend campout.

The Obstacle course is a timed event, with the driver maneuvering around a course designed to test skill and endurance.

The Barrel course is a timed event with the driver skillfully driving around three barrels set up similar to the rodeo barrel event for horses. Each driver gets two chances with the best time recorded.

Kids get to drive a course especially designed for them. Our children start driving in competition as you as six years old. There is a Pull Toy competition for the really young and steering only class for the youngsters who feel safer on mom or dadís lap.

There are bracket drags and class drags. First one to the end of a 100 yard drag strip wins!

Street and Trail classes are available for competitors that want to compete in the rig they drive every day.
