Your event is a GO! We will be adding information as we get it. Here is what we know right now.
The event will be held May 5th Saturday.
It will be held in the Longview Expo Center a great facility, covered grandstands and a very secure clean area for our spectators and participants.
This event is to promote our organization, our sport and will be in front of a potential crowd of 2500 people per show.
We are putting on 2 shows. 2 o'clock Saturday and 7 o'clock Saturday
There will be a Pit Party starting at 11 o'clock Saturday and clearing out 1 o'clock Saturday.
There will be ZERO fee for participants, camping will be included.
This will be a SHOW for the spectators and will include double elimination barrel competition and sprint competition. We will have a professional announcer. This will be akin to our Tacoma Dome shows. But this is OUR/Your show.
Luke May will be in charge of the competition, Dave Taylor will be in charge of staging and compiling a list of competitors.
If you are going to compete please contact Dave Taylor.
Dave will be sending out e-mails regarding the event to the e-mail list. If you are not receiving these e-mails please make sure you are on his e-mail list.
