Region 2 Delegates Meeting
Director Dan Morris called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and a moment of silence for the sick and departed was observed.
Minutes: A motion was made by Jim Putman seconded John George to accept the minutes as posted on the PNW4WDA. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report: Dianna Stafford made a motion that the Treasurer’s report, Rob Stafford seconded
We Did It/Club Power: No report
Naches: Still lots of snow. You can get to the upper parts of Pyramid Pass
Evans Creek: Work Party is this weekend June 23, 24th. One Project will be the washout at TommyCrick Please get ahold of Derrick to Host the Campground at Evan’s Creek. Work will be done on the Campground and level out the campsites
Elbe: Work party July 28th, 29th. Equipment should be available to work on the trails.
Tahuya: Not much is new for Tahuya. The Fun Run last week, thanks for your attendance.
Land Matters: Packets were available for distribution to their clubs. Please fill them out and get them to Jim Putman. Trail Appreciation Work Pary for the Kaner Trail. The Work Party is July 28th to work on Lower Kaner. Aardvark hill will be worked on and the approach to one of the bridges.

Competition: July 7th 8th 4 at a Time Barrel Race, Ethel.
Old Business: Operation Shore Patrol. Tsunami debris will be washing up shortly on Washington Beaches. Long Beach area is looking to adopt the 4x4 community during Beach Clean UP. You can also go to Oceanshorpatrol.com to get the most updated information.
New Business: Please pick up a Yellow 4WheelParts plastic bag and fill it with aluminum cans. These are cans for a Kids Drive to purchase Playground equipment.
Send in your Rosters to 4WheelParts to get your special discounts. If your club signs up between now and the next meeting a raffle ticket will be submitted in your clubs name for a New Smitty Built Winch. August 18th, Tacoma, Portland, Lynwood the 4Wheel Parts Stores will be opening their doors for you to put your rigs on their racks.
PNW4WDA Board Meeting: In May there was a teleconference. Barrels in Longview Event we made a profit. Our Online membership program is now functional. Please go into your rosters and get them loaded into the program. The County Fair at Longview regarding our Barrel event: We got great kudo’s from the Organizer. They would like us to talk about the possibility of another event to be done in the future. The Board will look at the contract and make a decision if we move forward. By law changes: Clarifies instructions for running for Treasurer (open position). Any officer that is covered by the Directors and Officer’s Insurance, you must complete a questionnaire
Blue Ribbon Coalition: Willy Crawley made a donation to the Blue Ribbon Coalition. Mike Mayfarth seconded it to donate $200.
Trail Jamboree Door Prizes: Jim Putman made a motion that PNW4WDA donate $200 dollars for Adult Prizes and $200 for Kid prizes. Seconded by John George.
