Region 2 Delegates Meeting
07/19/2012
Tacoma, WA

Director Dan Morris called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and a moment of silence for the sick and departed was observed.


Minutes: A motion was made by Derrick Clark and John George seconded to accept the minutes as posted in the TriPower. Motion passed.

Treasurerís Report: Derrick Clark made a motion that the Treasurerís report be accepted as read, John George seconded.

We Did It/Club Power: No report

Naches: no report
Evans Creek: Derrick Clark wants to thank everyone who showed up to the work party. Firewood permits are available to pick up wood that is downed in the area. Hosting packets need to be returned to Derrick ASAP. For the hosting group please use the first loop on the left. It is reserved for the host until 6:00pm Friday.
Redneck and Rugrats Fun Run is this weekend July 21st.

Elbe: Work party July 28th, 29th 9:00AM start time.

Tahuya: South Loop will be closed soon for repair to fix the culvert.
Land Matters: Work on the Kaner July 28th.
WOHVA- No Report
Walker Valley Ė Part of the Mainline is closed due to washout.
ORV Watch: No Report
Way & Means: No report
Membership: One potential club in the Olympia area was interested in joining along with some individuals at Trail Jam
PR: Bruce Titus, Wheeling in the City June 23rd, 24th- Print was done in the paper, radio announcements
Future 4-Wheelers: No report

Competition: Mud Daubers July 28th and 29th.Race at Ethel this weekend. Summer Convention is August 10,11th and 12th

Old Business: No ruling on the NOVA lawsuit.
Trail Jamboree- Thanks to 4WheelParts for participating as a major sponsor as well as AutoNation, Daystar and our own Moonshiners. Next year there will be some new committees if you have any interest in helping out, please contact Angie Merrick.
New Business: Operation Shore Patrol campsite registration forms are available. Please fill them out to reserve your spot.
Region 1 will not be doing Operation Shore Patrol this year.
