A chance to Show your Rig at TruckFest

We need your help, and your rig.....
We have been invited to be a part of Four Wheel parts Truck Fest again this year http://www.4wheelparts.com/info/truc...gn=03-20-09_WA They would like us to have a PNW4WDA PR booth as well as Host a demonstration booth to field questions about winching , use of a hi lift jack, etc.
We will need a couple trail rigs for that booth, and we have been asked if we would like to use there show/sale as a show and shine,to show off our toys to the public and see how many people we can sign up as members of the PNW4WDA.

OK, You will need to bring your rig in on Friday afternoon / evening and leave it there until Sunday afternoon when the show is over. I am hoping for several race rigs, as well as an assortment of trail rigs. I would like to see a variety from flattys to JKs. If we have more vehicles than space, they would like for us to create a walkway of rigs from the gate to the building. There will be security on sight overnight to keep an eye on things.

If you, or someone you know would like to participate, please contact me asap, and I will add you to the list.

We will also need volunteers to man the PR booth and demonstration booths over the weekend.

Thankyou in advance to all that help us promote our sport!!

I would love to have RubyDoo down there to help represent the PNW4WDA. In fact we could use several more trail rigs !! At this time they are asking us to bring in our rigs on Friday between noon and about 8:00 pm, or on Sat before 8:30 am ish. I will check if we can add more rigs on Sunday. In eather case I would welcome any assistance with the Demonstration booth, and I am sure Diana would like some company in the PR booth. Remember this is an invitation to the PNW4WDA, not just Region 2.
As a side note, this would be a great oppertunity for all the clubs that are hosting events open to the public to promote there events at the PNW4WDA PR Booth!
Admission is free to this event for everyone

Lets show everyone why the PNW4WDA is THE association to be a part of!!!

There is a good chance I can do this but Im not sure how much time I wil have on Sunday due to plans I already have but could leave my rig there the weekend. Its not too clean but I could wash it tonight when I get home from work. Would the rig's be outside or inside? That is not that big of an issue for me just wondering how to pack it up.

I will PM you my number so you could call me since I wont have too much time to be on the computer today.

Sounds Great, Look forward to having your rig in the show. I won't know for sure untill I get off work myself and get down there, but at this time, I hope yours will also be inside.
It is my understanding that there are a few venders that are looking for booth rigs as well, I'm not exactly sure what they are looking for, but a well appointed rig is allways eye candy......
