Please be aware that the west side of the Naches trail will be closed on 7/18-7/19 while trail repairs are being done.

Well that sucks. We had a club run across it. :BANGHEAD2:

And no I don't want to help this weekend. I would like to wheel for one weekend. :icon_mrgreen:

At what point is the trail going to be closed coming from the East? Is the work between the Pass Sign and Pacific Crest Trail?

The east side will still be open and there are several bailout points before the west side. I am not sure as to where the projects all are as I seen several that needed work on last sat. Call Dave Bauman he is our land chair for there and he can give you the exact information. 360-829-1654

Sorry for the inconvience but it is fix it or loose it. I prefer to fix it. The east side is still open.

I understand and would even help if we didn't have a fun club run this weekend. Our club has logged in 882 volunteer hours with the DNR the last few months and they need a break. I asked where the work was being done so we did not get in the way of the work party.

Thanks for fixing one of our favorite trails to run.

Your welcome, but it is no biggie. We enjoy giving back to our ORV areas to keep them open. This weekend we are shooting to do a lot of trail miles. I am sure we will find something to fix a long the way though. :D

Ok I called and left a message for Dave to call me. I beleive I talked to his wife and she said they were going to put up closed signs. I just need to know what road to turn the group off the trail on or around before there is no place to turn around.

I have also past the word to another group that had plan to run the trail on the opening weekend.
