Hopefully this will be another case of the courts saying they waited too long to go after a decision, as it was done quite awhile ago.

Our next John Day/Snake RAC meeting is scheduled for Nov. 30th in Pendleton. Public comment is usually at 1PM. We are chartered to work with USFS as well as BLM. As OHV rep on the Rac, feel free to contact me if I can be of any help. Once a decision is made the RAC is usually out of it, especially once it heads to court. One of your county commissioners is on the RAC as well, filing the commercial timber position.

As an aside, one of their people was at out last meeting, hoping for more closures in Malheur N.F. TMP. All they are going to do is get rid of cross country, but we will lose the ML1 stuff we have now since most of those have been closed since the 90's.
