Default Rapid Hitch Customer Service

I called Rapid Hitch today, I've had my hitch for several years.
I explained that the ball was moving back and forth and had been for some time. Dave..I hope I remember the name right..said there was a pin in the back that wears out and he would send me one. He also said that if he had a combo kit that was scratch and dent he would slip that in if the pin didn't stop the slop. I explained to him the thing was well used including two trips to the Rubicon, and heaving Jeeping use. He explained back that they usually see this type of thing from heavy use.
He got my info and I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing, we want to keep our customers happy.
I told him not only was I happy, but I would tell my Jeep'n buddies how happy I was with his product.
So to the great folks at Anderson Hitch thanks and I'm more sold than ever on my Rapid Hitch.
