Default TMP's-the other shoe cometh

Still in Pendleton, and at our RAC meeting today were told that ALL National Forests will soon be starting a look at what routes will be sustainable with the funding available and which ones will be kept up and open.

Translation: Look for more closures in the next 4 years, as the process works it way through. One forest over on the east side is looking at a 2015 completion date, and is just starting to figure out how they are going to proceed at this time.
