Don't put a lot of faith in the "reaching out". We can't get any class II (4x4) action out of Umatilla. It falls on deaf ears. I have been trying for the past 8 years. Look for it to remain pretty much intact as is with some very minor changes to make it seen like a little less bitter pill. Kevin is there on a temporary basis to get it ironed out, then back home to Umatilla.

Notice the "acting" in all these folks titles. That will tell you where it is going to go. They will do the deed and beat feet for home waters as soon as it is signed .
