This is the start of the next round of closures. The idea this time is to get down to a level that is maintainable with the budget allocated. Look for most ML 4&5 roads to stay open, probably most ML3's to remain, and a lot of ML 2's to go away.

Scream loud now, you notice that it is all how do you use what is already closed, and what is not needed.

This will be coming to a forest near you very soon, on high speed rail, prepare to get run over.
