Get with the Oregon Exec, he can tell you the dates on it, and when they do their work party to open and close it in early summer and late fall. Or look at Deschutes County 4 Wheel drive website for their calender. The Edison complex should be opening soon as well. (out of Bend) Those would make a good w/e of wheeling!
