Well I went up the week before Memorial Day and spent the whole week including Memorial weekend. We had snow at the pole patch road on the first weekend. The pole patch road is where the snow shoe trail takes off. If you are looking to run snowshoe and the upper 319(including stairstep) and the Nealy and Ragan trails they will have some snow. We have run all the lower trails and logged them all out and pruned out some of the brushes on the real brushy trails. We also rerouted a portion of the lower 319 to ease a water issue. The Liberty area is ready to go and the snow is going away fast. With the heat we have had this week things will be a bunch different by fathers day. Remember that fathers day is the 21st of June this year and the 15th is on a Monday. So the weekend of the 13th and 14 the upper trails will still be closed. The upper trails open on the 15th. Have a great time up there and enjoy the trails!
