Thank you Mona. Got the same letter last night.

Most of the planning area will be going to a "limited" classification, with a couple of possible open areas, Rudio Heights, one near Kimberly and the other just out of Mitchell (the town fathers are not really supportive of that one). The one up by Kimberly is just east of Mule Shoe campground and will be a "slick rock" type area. It depends on a plant survey (couple of "sensitive" species) and access issues off the highway for bigger rigs. Would have evreything from mild to "over on your back in a heartbeat" terrain if we can get the area in an open status.

Rudio Heights will have some "triggers" to kick it back to "limited" if things don't work out. Quite a bit of private property and summer cabins in the area.
