Default Report: 2012 Spanaway Moonshiners Jeep Club 4x4 Swapmeet - March 11th

On March 11, 2012 the Spanaway Moonshiners Jeep Club had their 30th ANNUAL 4X4 Offroad & High Performance Swapmeet. 4WheelingPlus.com donated a booth space to the Yakima/Kittitas Forest Watch Association so we could promote the Forest Watch Volunteer Program. Within the first few hours we handed out a lot of eduction material. The YKFWA kids gave out 120 "Muddy the Forest Watch Bear" stickers to the kids.

We closed up after the crowd slowed down due to mine and my wife's medical conditions can not take the cold. Next year we hope to be able to get a booth in the heated building. If not we will not have a Forest Watch VP booth unless someone else can make it over to run it.

I took a walk around before I left hoping to run into you and a few other people. I feel bad about leaving but I could not take the pain any longer. Too many hours in the car and the cold weather killed my bad back. I am still in a lot of pain.

I hope to see you at Trail Jam if I can go this year.
