Default Mudding at the Ahtanum

Yakima County Sheriff's Office and DNR have asked for your help to get plate numbers of the people that are mudding at the Ahtanum. There has been a few new areas mudded and some old areas hit again too.

The mud hole area near Red Saddle has been hit hard this year. This is a route that many people take to cross over Sedge Rigde. The Greenies like to use these mud areas to show what damage ORVs cause to get them shut out of the ASF.
Don't feed the Greenies, stay out of the mud!

Now there has been more damage done. There was a report of a few full size rigs mudding there this last Memorial Day Weekend. The descriptions of the people and vehicles have been turned in but not the plate numbers. These guys also had a big fire in this no camp fire zone.

The DNR is looking for information to who was mudding or just parked there. If you have any information on the people who were there this last Memorial Day Weekend or any information on others who have been mudding there please contact: Deputy Martin brad.martin@co.yakima.wa.us

Here are some pictures of the new damage: http://orvtrailwatch.org/PHPbb2/view...6&p=1740#p1740
