Default Ceg's 75 CJ5

Yes, I went over to the dark side and now own a CJ. I need to seek therapy.

Cutting down the herd. I traded Test Dummy my 88 Sami and 79 Jimmy for this CJ5 he had for sale.

The first mod is to do something about the shinny coat rack on the front bumper.

The owning of a real jeep will provide all of the therapy you may need. I cant tell you if this is a good thing or a bad thing just that it is a thing

I tried the Sami thing but did not care much for it. Time to try something different to drive the kids to school and light trail running.

First off with the top. This day was the 3rd Annual "Go Topless Day".

Odo really wanting to go for a ride.

Next it was time to swap over my tires and remove the bling off the bumper of the CJ.

Doc, Charlie and Mandy help swap the tires.

I got Odo's car seat put in and he thought it was time to go.

My wife is now trying to motivate me to start on the CJ3A project. She like it since it is low to the ground. We drug the CJ3A up to the garage on Sunday. We plan to at least put the Dana 44 on it I got awhile back. Not sure how much more we will do right now.

Here is the CJ5 as it sits right now. I hope to get a winch plate soon so I can put on the 12,000 Mile Marker winch I have.

I love the shop help, makes me wish I was closer to the grand kid. That kind of help you just can't duplicate.

The kids really like helping. It helps me since I have a bad back.

I ordered a winch plate from 4wheelingplus.com today so I can put on the 12,000 lbs Mile Marker winch I have.
