Default Moonshiners Race Memorial Day Weekend 2010

Yes, the rumor is true... The Moonshiners will be hosting a playday May 29th & 30th, 2010 at the new site, Cadillac Ranch in Rainier. Please join us for some Memorial Day fun! There will be Barrels, OB & Kids Course during the day on Saturday. A Texas Hold'em party and bonfire on Saturday night (Poker benefiting Relay for Life). Sunday will be King/Queen of the Hill and Sprints followed by trophies and a dance that night. The owners of the property will have food concessions and the camping is awesome. Entry cost is $75.00 for the weekend including camping, $10.00 per adult driver tech and $10.00 per person for day only spectator. For more information see our website at www.moonshinersjeepclub.com and click on Playday. Hope to see you there

Default Golf, anyone?

Since all this has come last minute, kinda, I'll add to it...

Right in beautiful downtown Yelm, barely 6.5 miles from the race site, is a nice little country golf course. While we don't have the time to put together an "event", perhaps some might like to avail themselves of the opportunity, and tee it up for an informal round.

This could be done Friday, which may or may not be preferable, or Monday, in the AM on the way home.

I will e-mail this to Rob for distribution. If there's enuf interest/response, I will reserve a block of tee times & we can go play. No host this time, but perhaps something more official next time, if it works out. Thought just came to me today.

THX
Eric

I've heard from a few that would like to play, but that's all. Fine with me if that's all there is. If you want to play & have not contacted me yet, please speak up.

We're looking at mid-morning on Friday.

THX

I am assuming he's refering to Jim Mueller from the moonshiners and yes he has a very large lens.
