Well, back to work on a limited basis on the 6th (Monday) Half time and a 40 lb weight limit for now. Doing OK, at least the box has not kicked me in the chest yet.

X-ray is OK, MRI is out. Thinking about the "pat-down instead

Hang in there Art, from here on out it will just get better and walk at least three miles a day will also help especially if your chasing young things which will keepyou young as well.
