To clarify...an ORV tagged motorcycle, atv or 4x4 rig doesn't require a pass?

Doesn't require this new pass. They require the same ORV tag they always did.

It seems this didn't make it into the final draft. The way I understand it we will need to buy this new pass for each vehicle including tow rigs and trail rigs.

That is ridiculous, we just got ripped off again. I see WTA put up a poll to show that they disagree on higher user fees.
Other than sending an email to our political representatives, what have we done as an association?

Do licensed pick up campers and trailers count too?
They also are vehicles.

I'm not sure but the way it reads to me is a RV would need a pass. A slide in camper, camp trailer or other trailer wouldn't but whatever's pulling them would.

As I understand it.....anything with a license plate will need a pass (?)

Let's look at the numbers: Example of family of four going quading for the weekend

Tow vehicle-$30
Trailer-$30
Quads- $30*4=$120

what if they have a motorhome, camper? $30?

out of all of this, ORV users get $2.25 per $30 pass?
