Region 2 Delegates Meeting-August 18th 2011
Sec. Report:
Michael Mayfarth made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Derrick Clark seconded the motion, all in favor

Treasurer's Report

We Did It/Club Power-NO report at this time

Naches-The bridges are looking like they will need some repair at the next work party. The washouts are still an issue and no funding is available at this time to fix the roads.

Evans Creek-The road to the day use area is "fixed" for the season. The width restriction is in effect for the area and stands at 80 inches. The area looks really good at this time and the two Fun Runs held in the last two months were successful. Thanks for coming to both Fun Runs.

Elbe-No report

Tahuya-The area is dry, come play on the trails.

Land Matters-There has been logging activity at Sadie Creek with some partial trail closures
Reiter continues to have work parties, please see Reiter Trail Watch for dates and times.
There is new fencing around the Long Meadow campgroundOHV Watch- no report at this time

Letter Writing- no report at this time

Membership- no report

Ways and Means-Tiffany has inventory of Summer Convention T-Shirts and hoodies, please contact her if you would like one.

P.R.-Banners are always available for your club events. The Banners were used at the Fun Runs at Evans Creek

Competition Report-Branden Mareck was voted in as Competition Chairman. Congratulations!

Future Four Wheelers-$146.00 in funds were captured at Summer Convention at the Dunk Tank. Thank you for participating.

Old Business
Summer Convention is DONE. All went well, thanks to all who helped to make this a great event. The EMT's for Summer Convention donated their earnings for this event back into the PNW4WDA.

New Business
Operation Shore Patrol is September 17th and 18th. This is the 40th Anniversary for Operation Shore Patrol. Should you have any questions regarding the event, you can email operationshorepatrol@gmail.com. This will be an organized event with a chili feed, parade through town and a possible breakfast on Sunday morning. No DNR pass will be required for this event as you are an official worker for the weekend. However, you will need to bring your passport, social security card for one person representing their group to participate. Please remember that highway rules apply while driving on the beach.

Next Meeting September 15th-Four Wheel Parts

Fall Delegates Meeting will be at the Rainier Sportsman Club

Who made a request for funds for Juniper?? The only change out there is that Peterson Rd. had been declared Couty right of way. Your minutes would make one think that the County now owns Juniper. That is NOT the case! It is still very much BLM. Would you please clarify where this came from??
