FEES
Advance Purchases: $80.00 Must be post-marked no later than 07/15/12
Includes immediate family (2 adults and dependent children under the age of 21)
Additional family members/guests age 16 and over $10.00 each if in same camping unit
At Event: $90.00
If didn’t purchase advance tickets Includes immediate family (2 adults and dependent children under the age of 21)
Additional family members/guests age 16 and over $10.00 each if in same camping unit
Tech: $5.00 per driver, age 15 and under free
100 Decibels at 100 feet will be enforced – mufflers are required, no exceptions

Spectator - per person, per day: $7.00 General, $5.00 Seniors and Military, under 10 free
Spectator Weekend Passes: $15.00 General, $10.00 Seniors and Military, under 10 free
Camping Only: $40.00 Dry Camp, No Hook Up
Camping fee is for camping only, if at any time during the weekend you decide to race, the difference that amounts to the full weekend rate will be paid at the gate, plus tech fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Day Race Fee: $20.00
If you are only racing on one day of the event, the race fee is $20.00 per vehicle plus tech fee for each driver over the age of 15.

Camas Valley, ORDIRECTIONS: Interstate 5 to Exit 119. Merge onto OR-42S/Winston/ OR-99/Coos Bay (3.5 miles). Turn Right onto NW Douglas Blvd/OR-42 (16.9 miles), Right onto Main Camas Road (0.3 miles), slight right to stay on Main Camas (0.6 miles).

All Vehicles MUST Have 4 Point Harness, Fire Extinguisher, Transmission Scatter Shield & Driveline Hoops.
100 Decibels at 100 feet will be enforced – mufflers are required, no exceptions.

I'm planning on coming down. Just hoping that my wife will be able to get the time off so she and my twins can come also.

Wanted to be the first to say a big THANK YOU to all who came down and raced at Summer Convention and to all those who helped out and made the event a success!

It was a lot of work but the race went very well and we were happy to have hosted it for everone this year!
