Every host group is going to have a “Crew Leader” each Leader must have a chainsaw certification. New Chainsaw certification training will be April 28th & June 19th out of Naches. May 5th will be recertification day & May 19th also. Please provide your own protection gear. Please bring a saw, hammer and a ledge. Please be familiar with your saw prior to class. May 2nd will be the Westside training at the DNR building in Enumclaw. In order to take the DNR class you will need to have a first aid card.
Shore Patrol-A meeting was held and it would appear that our time with Shore Patrol is limited. It was said at the meeting that the event takes away from paying customers for that weekend. There have been comments that we should move our designated camping area and clean up to where it is appreciated.
