Is there going to be a Washington State Lands meeting in Eastern Washington in 2013? If So, when and where. I need the date soon so I can plan for it.

Might be in everybody's best interest if these meetings could be scheduled like the Region meetings, Winter Convention, Fall Delegates and so on and so forth. All the meetings I've mentioned meet the same weekend or week nite either monthly or yearly.

Just a thought!

Well I hope to attend this meeting but my event dates are starting to be scheduled for January & February weekends. Two events we have to make reservations for very soon and will not be able to change. Starting March I have a lot of events booked for the weekends.

During the week at a Tuesday Region 4 meeting would work for me almost any time. I may have a DNR meeting pop up I could not miss.

With Region 3 being split, it can get tough. Some members want to attend both Oregon and Washington, as well as some BOD members, Pres, IAD's and Region 3 Director come to mind. Oregon Region 6 meeting in January floats around some for which w/e, and since they have a lot of travel to do, they try to schedule the state meeting and that Region meeting for the same date.

I'm sure between the State and Region Directors it can be worked out to hit on the same w/e of the month yearly, but would have to start in November of this year for the January 2014 meetings to get it locked down by the time W/C comes around. Been there, done that.
