What can you expect when it was given away to "Fix It Again Tony" They won't have the unions to deal with and a lot lower labor cost.

Good side is you will be able to get your favorite model on aisle 24 at Wally World.

Same thing was said about Hummer when GM killed it. It did not happen then, but this is a little different

Not sure if there was a language barrier. I read elsewhere it was an expansion of productivity. Not "instead of".

According to Yahoo blurb today Fiat says they doubled US employees since the crash and when they got hold of Jeep, and have no plans to move production overseas.

Looks like they might start production there for Chinese consumption. Would not be long till all production is over there. If they want Jeeps, let them buy our production. Would sure help the balance of trade. Same thing with Govt. Motors.
