Default Hood River OHV

So long story short I was doing a little web wheeling, stumbled across the Hood River OHV Facebook page, and sent the link to my buddy Paul that was looking a place to lead our clubs monthly club run. Paul got connected with Adam (Who runs the Hood River OHV Facebook page and has helped build the trails) , got some info and a couple weeks later on a cold wet saturday morning we were at the staging area at Kingsley Reservoir airing down our tires getting ready to hit the trail!

Adam was awesome enough to lead us for the day! For the most part there is one long trail and a rock garden that is open of class 2 vehicles. Every other trail there is for class 1 & 3 vehicles. We took off from the staging area and went to the far end of the trail and worked our way back to Kingsley. This also put the rock garden at the end of the day.

On our way out we stopped and played at this little gravel pit.

First stuck of the day

Dave walking right through it

Fun for the whole family

Poser shot

Everyone watching the show

This thing is a beast

Moving on we hit some wet heavy snow

And then a tight little downhill. The picture doesnt do it justice

More "road"

And finally onto the trail

The far end of the trail has just been cut into the forest

Stumps everywhere
