Default Memorial Day Weekend 2009

Deschutes County 4-Wheelers and PNW Region 6 will be hosting our annual Memorial Day Weekend campout and runs at the Christmas Valley Sand Dunes May 21-25. This is one of our club's highlights of the year!! You won't want to miss it!! There wil be free dry camping adjacent to the dunes. Region 6 will be hosting the region meeting followed by a potluck on Saturday and will be hosting a poker run on Sunday.

Will there be a work project this year or do you know yet? Might try to get there, but have a RAC meeting in Baker the next week, depends on work load at the shop.

I believe it will have to do with signing, the closed portion of the dunes.

Yes, there will be a work party on Saturday morning. Kim McClean of the BLM is our new contact. She is a wonderful gal and a pleasure to work with. Region 6 looks forward to working with her on our annual work party.

Sounds like a good time coming, but got to miss it. Have to be in Baker on Tues for a Wed/Thurs RAC meeting and field trip. Would have liked to work the Poker Run with all of you again.
