I wouldnt laugh too loud. If agencys are following the rules we may have to do this BS at all govt. agency work partys They were a lot more lax about it this year though. Yhey only required one person from each club or group to fill out the paperwork so who knows maybe the govt. can learn by its mistakes :Cob:

Wait the government can LEARN?!?!?!?!? OSP was a blast and I hope to do it again next year. But with so many people this year there wasnt much to pick up as an individual, such a bummer when you cant drag back a half of a car, or get a ticket for dragging out an old mattress from the "dunes"because you are disturbing habitat...
