Default swing away hitch

I just picked up a truck with this nifty hitch setup on it. Some kind of a swing away hitch that looks to work like a fifth wheel but mounts under the truck. Anybody have any expieriance with such a animal ? Looks ok to pull with but what about backing up on it

Been doing some research. If it works as they claim it will be a nifty setup.
