Default Little Rattlesnake Trail

I just wanted to keep this out in front of us, I definitely plan on running this trail this summer hopefully

Meow! Just some bulldozing left, bridges are done. Looking forward to downed trees and slides probably, probably a mess. I try to keep ya'll posted.

There may be some major problems getting to the trailhead in the near future- in the recent storms the 1501 road has had some damage to it. Water running down the road creating erosion moving the creek. has a few rock that a dozer to CAT need to move.
IF it continues we may be in the same situation as Copper City is.
Fish crossing the road which is now a stream..........
YIKES~ We need to get a CAT or dozer up there quick before this happens!

Are you talking from the north side (hwy410) or the south side (hwy12)?

I remember a while back that the road on the south side washed out. I was really surprised that it was put back in, made for an excellent run up to the trail. Took us two days to cut through all the trees downed on the trail.

The 410 side - or off the Lower Nile Loop Road
Right now there is a lot of ice rather than snow in the area
