Default Region 5 Boundary change Bylaw

I am pleased to announce that the Bylaw proposal passed with a unanimous vote at Fall Delegates meeting. In 30+ years of delegates meetings I don't ever remember any unanimous paper ballot vote.

The change is staying on Hwy 26 to the OR/ID border, instead of going north on Hwy 7 from Austin Junction into Baker City and out to Oxbow. The other boundaries of the region remain the same as before.

I want to pass on a big "THANKS" to the Delegates and also the members of Region 6 for the support of the proposal.

That's great news. It makes a lot more sense geographically, and I think over time it will help get people connected and organized. Thanks!
