Default Recreational Trails Program -(RTP) Funding

Found in the PNW4WDA Land/Legislative Issue section, on Feb. 14th Carol Jensen (IAD Officer) and March 5th Jim Putman (WA St. Director) posted that the RTP legislation was in trouble and that the protection of the dedicated funding was essential to the federal program.

As an FYI - I have attached the response from Senator Murray; have not seen or heard from anyone whether this is a generic/form response or not.

Default Response Via Form Letter -

Thanks Dave with your come back - I've heard from others and they too have received a carbon copy of the content that I posted.

It's amazing how the 'goal posts' change - depending on who is doing the replying. It seems to be o.k. for our elected legislative body, however, it is frowned upon when we, as concerned citizens on specific issues, follow the same procedure when contacting our federal and state agencies.
