That is our oldest and now mine as the son has moved on to the new Axial Scorpion. He has done well in our local competitions!

I wonder if there are enough PNW4WDA members doing the R/C Crawlers that we could have an event like the valve cover races at W/C ?

I would think the chances are pretty good.

I found this site, with some pretty cool toys.

You asked for it...

We put the name of the contest on all of the flyers "First Ever Whiz Off", but we gave no clues as to what it actually was about. It generated a bunch of conversation on the forums and drew in a bunch of folks just to find out what it was all about.

Towards the end of the cruise-in, we asked for 10 volunteers (we got 7 guys and 3 girls) and lined them up in front of the crowd. We started off by one of our guys lining up a row of 5 gallon buckets about 6 feet out in front of the volunteers. The girls were freakin' out and the guys were crackin' up...

That was just a joke.

The real contest was who could devour an entire can of Cheese Whiz (Easy Cheese) first. Sound easy? Maybe if you got the Cheddar Flavor, or the American Flavor or even the Bacon Cheddar Flavor - but if you got the Roasted Garlic Cheddar Flavor (purple top) it wasn't looking good for you --

Everyone really got into it (notice the nearby garbage can with plastic liner for potential "issues")

But no one stood a chance with this guy in the competition (some of you might know him as Buzzer from PoorBoy Offroad -- new alias "Whizzer")

I can't find the picture of the moment, but after we gave him his trophy, he popped off the lid on the Easy Cheese can on the trophy and was genuinely dissapointed that it was empty...
