I deal with 5 room mates everyday and let me tell you it's rough. All but two of the room mates are gone right now. The two here are sleeping.

My room mates are the wife and the kids.

Life has it's ups and downs for sure. The last few years was hard on us because we had to fight Country Wide Bank over our home we lived in for many years. It took every dime we had and I had to sell of everything and even give my livestock away (since I could not feed them) to save the house. The bank won the battle and got the house. We lost so much in the fight and then got ripped off before we got the rest of the stuff moved. The case with the house is still on going but we will never see a dime for anything we lost in the battle.

We rented a place for the next 10 months and had to move since the landlord was crazy. The house had a water leak and he tore out sheet rock in two rooms looking for the leak. He finely found the leak under the tube facet and said it was our fault because we have kids. He tried to charge us for all the damage and his travel time from his house on the west side.

We rented another place for a little over a year and the landlord tried to add another $500 to our rent to renew the lease. They said if we didn't pay it the house would be foreclosed on because the owner lost some of his income from his business in Hawaii. They had a lot of lies to get us to pay more. We had no choice but to move. We gave notice we were moving and the landlord tried to charge us for damages that were already there to this unfinished house. We had to fight this guys greed. I am not sure if it is over or not.

We then moved into this house we were trying to buy. We rented it for a few months not knowing if we were getting the loan or not. The load did close and we now have another home.

The moral of this story is to never give up when they try to keep you down. Someday things will get better.

Right now I am looking to move forward in life.

I thought the drive over and back for a beer would give you something to do so you weren't board anymore.
