Chloride Bush Project

The Sandpoint Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forest is proposing a project near the town of Lakeview, ID (about 25 miles South of Sandpoint). The Chloride Bush Project would include closing, decommissioning and storage of "unneeded" roads and conversion of some roads to ATV trails. We should send comments suggesting they also consider converting some roads to 4x4 trails. Comments need to be postmarked by November 22, 2003 and should be sent to:
