Tillamook 50|50 Initiative

The Tillamook Rainforest Coalition is circulating a petition to get an initiative on the November, 2004 ballot that would direct the Oregon Board of Forestry to manage 50% of the Tillamook and Clatsop State Forests to restore native old growth forest structure.  The remainder would be managed for sustainable timber and revenue generation.
