2008 Trail Jamboree Brought To You With Support From:

Please provide the information below and Jamboree Chairman Merrick Graves will contact you. Thank you again for your interest in supporting the 2008 Trail Jamboree.

Below are several sponsorship opportunities. Or, if you prefer, we can work together to create a customized sponsorship. Past Trail Jamborees have been featured in national magazines and local papers. Pre-and post-event write-ups are always included in TriPower, the association’s monthly publication.

2008 Sponsorship Opportunities*

“Goodie Bag” donations. Advertising, samples, stickers, coupons, catalogs, literature, key chains, pens, etc. Basically any promotional item your company would use to promote or advertise their product.

Raffle Items. Gift certificates, t- shirts, hats, actual products, etc., from your company. Basically any item which has value and can be offered as a raffle prize during our Saturday night festivities.

Vendor, significant door prize. (Retail value of $350) As a vendor, your company will be provided space in the gathering area to host a booth to display and sell your products. Catalogs, coupons and/or other collateral materials will be included in the check-in packet; your company will be listed on the vendor list placed in the check-in packet, mentioned in PA announcements during the dinner & entertainment on Saturday evening; and your company will be listed as a vendor in TriPower and on our website.

Trail Host Sponsor, $425. As a trail host sponsor, your fee pays the entry fee for a group of trail hosts. The trail hosts provide leadership on the trail, and make sure participants have a fun and safe time. You can ask the host club to put signage (i.e. stickers) on their vehicles. Host groups will post signs in their camping area, noting their sponsor. In addition, your company will be listed on the sponsorship flyer placed in the check-in packet, and mentioned in PA announcements during the dinner & entertainment on Saturday evening. A Trail host sponsor may able to be on the trails with a Host club to hand out promotional materials and demonstrate product.

Campground Sponsor, $2500. As the campground sponsor, your company signage will be posted throughout the campground and gathering areas. You will be provided space in the gathering area to host a booth to display your product; catalogs, coupons and/or other collateral materials will be included in the registration packet; your company will be mentioned in PA announcements during the dinner & entertainment on Saturday evening. Your company will be listed as a sponsor in TriPower. Your company will be included on the event t-shirts.

Major Sponsor, Please call Merrick Graves for details, 425-432-0587. As the major sponsor, your company signage will be posted throughout the campground and gathering areas. You will be provided prime space in the gathering area to host a booth to display and sell your product; catalogs, coupons and/or other collateral materials will be included in the registration packet. Your company will be mentioned in PA announcements during the dinner & entertainment on Saturday evening. Your company will be listed as a sponsor in TriPower and on our website, as well as press releases sent to local and national media. Your company will be included on the event t-shirts.
