Pacific Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association Trail Jamboree Sponsorship Opportunities

The PNW4WDA supports partnership.  This means, all businesses who celebrate off road use and the products used to accomplish this, we support you.  We are pursuing sponsors who can work together with multiple other businesses, to come together and accomplish the goal of having fun, meeting new people, and supporting our sport.  Trail Jamboree Sponsorship is a non-exclusive open invitation, and we will work with sponsors on a year-to-year basis.

With your support of sponsorship through the PNW4WDA, this will happen.  We can customize your sponsorship to fit your needs at Trail Jamboree.  The Trail Jamboree site is at Jim Sprick Park in Naches, WA.  The grounds are in a grassy field with a gathering area in the center of the park nestled next to the river and majestic rock mountains.  The gathering area has the registration booth, stage w/ PA system, and vendor booths down each side.  This is where the nightly activities take place such as food serving, raffles, announcements, entertainment, and so on. 

Major Sponsor, $2500.  An example of a major sponsorship is sponsoring a dinner night; Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.  For example, for $2500 your company could provide the dinner being served to 500 (estimate), and give away a significant door prize afterward.  Sponsors can get their logo on the front of the event shirts. On all sponsorships, we would advertise for you.  Examples are:

• Your banners and logos would be posted in the camping and gathering area.
• You would be provided space in the gathering area to host a booth to display your product.
• Catalogs and collateral material would be pre-placed and included in the registration packets.
• Your company mentioned on the PA during the dinner, and entertainment Saturday evening.
• Your logo printed on the Host t-shirts.
• We will list your company in the TriPower and on our website.

We are looking for a major sponsor to donate toward the Host t-shirts.  Your logo will be printed on the front pocket.

Campground Sponsor, $2500. As the campground sponsor, your company banner and logo will be posted throughout the campground and gathering areas.

• You will be provided space in the gathering area to host a booth to display your product.
• Catalogs, coupons and/or other materials will be pre-placed and included in the registration packets.
• Your company will be mentioned in PA announcements during the dinners, and entertainment on Saturday evening.
• Your company will be listed as a sponsor in TriPower.
• Your company will be included on the Host t-shirts.

We are looking for a major sponsor to donate towards the Host t-shirts with your logo printed on the front pocket.

An example of campground sponsor, with your $2500 donation, would be covering campground rentals, fees and expenses involving the campground amenities such as garbage dumpster, Sani-cans, supplies, park rental, etc.  You can also sponsor the entertainment for Saturday night.

Trail Host Sponsor, $475. As a trail host sponsor, your fee pays the entry fee of one group of trail hosts.   The trail hosts lead the participants on the trail, and make sure they have a fun and safe time. You can ask the host club to put signage (i.e. stickers) on their vehicles. Host groups will post signs in their camping area, noting their sponsor. In addition, your company will be listed on the sponsorship flyer placed in the check-in packet, and mentioned in PA announcements during the dinners, and entertainment on Saturday evening. A Trail host sponsor may able to be on the trails with a Host club to hand out promotional materials and demonstrate products.  The trail host groups are members of the PNW4WDA.  The Trail Host Sponsor has the option to have a Vendor booth for an additional $350 prize donation value.  Call Sid Hagemeier for details at 509-698-3703.

Promotional Items:  All sponsors and vendors should provide “goodies” donations. Ideas are advertising, samples, stickers, coupons, catalogs, literature, key chains, pens, beverage holders, etc. Any promotional item your company would use to promote or advertise their product.

Raffle Item: Gift certificates, t- shirts, hats, actual products, etc., from your company. Basically any item which has value and can be offered as a raffle prize during our evening festivities, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
