2012 Trail Jamboree Runs

I've looked at the photos from the 2011 Jamboree runs and wonder if those of us with long wheel base 4x4's can make any of the runs. Last years trails looked very tight. We drive a '10 Eddie Bauer

Just added the dates to my calendar...

BUT: It's very close to the Cal-Neva rock crawling event so I doubt I can make it back from California in time. :(

Pbbbssst... You'll do fine. We run a 2008 Jeep JKU (that means it has 4 funny little doors) and it does just fine.

Just look at the trail listings which show the recommended width and wheelbase requirements & you'll do fine. As a precautionary note, these trails do change/shift during the winter & spring run off. So, the night before your run, during the signup, just ask the run leader about the trail to confirm your rig will make it through.
I am somewhat of a nervous Nelly when it comes to my rig and we had very little scrapes (plastic fenders,eh?).
Get to know the clubs which are running each trail beforehand. Some are really fun & playful, some are serious and driven, some are really helpful for noobs on certain trails.

Have fun
