I noticed that this hasn't been updated with information for quite some time. These are Unofficial notes taken at the meeting. I just wanted to get some information out there to people.

Secretary’s Report-Approved
Treasurers Report- Approved
We Did It/Club Power-closing up for the season, please mail any forms
Naches-West side is now closed, East Side is still open. Nature Conservancy states they will not be closing any trails and the roads and trails will remain open for use.
Evans Creek- Closes December 15th. Nothing will be done on the 519 until it opens back up. Derrick stated that the 519 rock face will have crushed rock added to it for erosion control. Signs will also be put up to give direction for difficulty. A Tread Lightly Grant will be put in for $2000 for erosion control and equipment rental.
Elbe Hills-Very muddy. Work party is done for the year.
Tahuya- More work has been done on the new trail and is not quite ready for wheeling.
Land Matters- Forest Service is looking to close some roads in the Greenwater area. Comment on the roads that you want to stay open. Time for comments ends November 30th.
Letter Writing- Willy and Deb from Cascade 4x4’s sent in letters
Membership-no report
Ways and Means- Stickers are being created . Quantity, Size, $1.35 for 250 of the 4 inch.
PR- Certificates of appreciation have been created for any companies who have donated or helped with events. PNW4WDA awarded Corey from 4WheelParts with one.
Future 4Wheelers-no report
Competition-nothing much going on for competition. Possible Racing for Tacoma Dome. Still looking for a Region Competition Chairperson.
Region 2 Fun Run-no report
Old Business- Angie needs one more driver for the day after Thanksgiving. Trail Jam has new people appointed for Chairperson. Adrian and Melissa Vallaere. Moonshiner packets for the Swap meet have gone out
New Business- Region 2 by laws? What’s happening with this?
WOHVA- Thanks for attending the meeting, there were about 60 people who attended. We had our best representation since inception. Winter Convention coming up, get your reservation if you want to go…. Angie has a bus to get people to and from the convention. Contact her to reserve a spot.
