Default Sage Grouse DEIS

Here is comes kids. This was just released, and I've posted to the Facebook pages of the clubs and groups in Oregon that will likely be most affected by this, most notably DC4W, FourRunners, and Grant County 4x4. Released at the same time were Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada and NE California together, Utah, and Idaho.

Thanks Dave, appreciate it. Haven't heard from our RAC on it yet, but appears that most all of it will be in Burns and Lakeview Districts, Southeast OR RAC.

Yeah, I spread it around pretty good I think. UVTC was going to kick around yesterday, but haven't heard any comment yet.
