Default My 2003 Nissan Xterra

Sorry took me so long. Found out I have a kid on the way and I been going all types of crazy lol.

Well, the last two years I was building up a 2000 Pontiac GP GTP. Got it fast... and low, but being 6'4 1/2" and what not, I kinda wanted more room, and I also really missed the ability to go off road anytime I want... can't do that in a car that scrapes everywhere ^_^...

Anyways, I am living in Seattle, WA, but mostly grew up in... *cough cough*.. Shelton, WA *cough cough*... if anyone knows where that is. On 04/16/2014 went and traded in the car for a 2003 Nissan Xterra XE 4WD 5spd... Only had just under 131k miles on it, compared to the 240k on my car, which was strictly just body/frame as the engine, trans, and well, pretty much every single other thing was completely replaced/rebuilt.

I remember when Xterra's first came out when I was a teen, they were my absolute FAVORITE vehicle, and I just loved them... This was my first time ever driving one, and I essentially fell in love ... I did test drive a 06 first, which I LOVED the power... but after some research it appeared that the 05+ 4WD Xterras didn't come with a manual transmission option? Only the 2WD? I may be wrong, but I know it was not going well on finding a 5spd 05+, so I got the 03. I must say the drive home was so nice and smooth and the gas goes away MUCH slower than in my "race car" lol... (pretty sure the bottom end needed replacing.. only about 8 - 9.5mpg in city o.O)...

Anyways, here are some pics of the new beast ... I sure hope it's red but up close it looks... PINK! .. yikes.. I am just calling it faded red

Yes that's my old car I traded in

As far as I can tell, but I know literally nothing other than the hours I spent researching things on Xterra, it seems 100% stock? Except obviously the radio.

Definitely have some plans for this beast in the future. I think first up is a 3" Calmini lift. Then I am going to talk to a company that does bumpers and get full front and rear bumpers (front being a winch bumper, and rear having the tire carrier so I can relocate the ****ed spare tire!), and as well full under armor

I have already replaced every fluid, minus the radiator fluid, with AMSOIL
