TJ at Spokane Community College

Hey all, found out about this site from a tj parked at instructor parking at Spokane Community College. Just wondering who's it is. Its a sahara with spyderlock wheels and what looks like about a 5 inch lift on 34's? Not sure on that, but he had the license plate for pnw4wda.org. So if someone could Identify it, thatd be great. I'm not sure who it is but I see him (?) on his way to the college many mornings around 5am as I'm going to work for about the last 2 years at least. It's a nice rig for sure. I'm guessing college faculty or employee of some sort.

Yeah, I wonder why he has the pnw4wd lisence plate bezel. I love this jeep though. And he's got stock axels under it too.
