Default Halloween Poker Run 2014

Saturday morning couldnt come fast enough for me. After working and building trails all summer long it was finally time to go do some wheeling.

0530 getting ready to leave.

We rolled into Browns Camp right around 0730 and the place was packed with some cool rigs!

Then onto the trail we went.

There was a small traffic jam getting into check point one.

Be careful when winching.

Moving again

We ran through the first couple of check points really quickly. Then it was time to test out our driving skills on Rocky Uphill.

After lunch it was on to Dogs Leg and Saddle Up.

While on Saddle Up we ran into this trail block.

It was raining at this point and no one was getting out to see what the issue was. I finally walked up to see that this Bronco II was boggered down.

After I walked up all of his buddies finally jumped out to give him a hand.

Once the group ahead of us was through it was our turn. It took a little while and some winching for a couple of the vehicles but we all made it.

Once we were off of Saddle Up I made the executive decision that we should run the roads to the last few check points so we would be back in time for the raffle.

At check point 6

On our way back to Browns Camp we found this cat tree on the side of the trail. So we picked it up and took it and hauled it out to a dumpster.
Why you ask? Because we are PNW4WDA and thats what we do!!!

Once back at Browns Camp we got rid of the trash that we found, turned in our score cards, drank some drinks, told some tall tails, had some laughs, won some things at the raffle.
