I need one truck to replace two. I sold the 2WD 96 GMC 6.5 Diesel pickup, the camper and the 01 Suburban 4x4 to get one truck for all the jobs.
Here is my new adventure rig / tow rig I bought today: 2002 F250 Lariat 4X4 with 7.3 Power Stroke. Pictures at the lot: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At home waiting for it's first adventure! ![]()

Thanks.
So far I love the truck. Flat towed the XJ with the quad in the bed of the truck for the Beverly Clean-up and the truck did not even change RPMs pulling the passes.

My 96 GM 6.5 diesel had a hard time pulling the same passes with about the same load. That is one of the main reasons for a newer diesel.
