Exclamation WOHVA 2012 Annual Meeting

This year the WOHVA Annual Meeting, normally held in western WA will be held in Spokane WA! Now in its seventh year, WOHVA has traditionally held their annual meeting each fall in the Seattle/Olympia area.

The Board of Directors agreed to move the meeting to emphasize the organization’s statewide accountability. The move will also allow OHV enthusiasts from western WA to see first hand how eastern WA OHV experiences differ from those in western WA. Not only will the meeting be held there, but on Saturday, September 15th, there will be an opportunity to do some trail riding near Spokane!

More information will be forthcoming as WOHVA gets closer to the meeting date. Mark your calendar for Sunday, September 16th 2012 for the WOHVA Annual Meeting and see you in Spokane! In the meantime, please click on the following link to provide us with some advance planning information: w w w . dog-walker.us/WOHVA 2012 Annual Meeting Survey 1,htm

Please complete the survey ONLY if you plan on attending.

WOHVA is an alliance of organizations, clubs, businesses, and individuals who work with legislators in Olympia and with local land managers to protect your interest in keeping areas, roads, and trails open to OHVs (ATVs, 4x4s, and dirt bikes).

Peak Putters are talking about a bunch of us coming up for this. Likely will call a special run to attend. Now, if I get my Scout II done, even better...

Great! Please be sure to have each person that is planning on attending complete the survey as we need to find out how large of a meeting room to reserve as well as to ensure we have enough trail leaders.

Thanks,

Paul, this isn't looking good for most of us over here in Region 4! Same weekend as the Pick Up A Mountain cleanup project. There may be some who can attend, but I figure the majority will be up at Naches...

WOHVA 2012 Annual Meeting

ALL motorized recreationists are invited to our annual meeting; you need not be a WOHVA member to attend . . . we NEED your input and involvement.

10 AM to 3 PM

Spokane Valley Library (12004 East Main Ave, Spokane Valley)

FREE lunch provided

Tom Crimmin's presentation "Working With Land Managers" slated for from 10-noon at our annual meeting in Spokane next weekend would be an excellent one for you to attend.
