The Creek N Trail event is region 6 only fundraiser that is held Fathers day weekend. They are having a harder time getting the gate open. Region 6 is discussing taking legal action. Rim Butte in Lapine is working on opening a new trail. Plans have changed as they are being told the campground must open first. The district forest ranger says that Schwartz Canyon is open though, there is a sign that says road closed. The nominations for Oregon state director will open at Winter convention in Bend. The BLM ranger (Robert) cannot write tickets for a lot of violations because they go through the federal courts. Greg added that TSF is looking for clubs to adopt 3 trails. LaDee in Estacada could use more letters of support for grants. Contact Greg for info. The 2 fire trails at LaDee are open. Greg would like to acquire a trail counter for TSF and LaDee. Marty will help coordinate at Winter Convention.

Steve Zentner said the Comp schedule has changed and will be announced at Winter Convention. A new version of the comp runoffs was presented and approved.

Washington Land matters presented by Darel Keenen. DNR tag meeting was held in December. They have (finally) acknowledged and accepted the grants. A map and trail plan was presented for 2016-17 to add 6 more miles to Yacolt. There was a stakeholders meeting Tom Niebauer shared notes. It will be bi-monthly. They will have another class for equipment and chain saw training. There is a map in the works for Evans Creek. They plan to have a kiosk at the bottom where people can pick them up.
