Default Help!! Central & Eastern Oregon trails need you

We need your help!! The BLM and the FS do not seem to understand that we are not interested in funding, building and maintaining graded, flat "trails" that do not pose a challenge even to a Honda Civic. We want true Class II (not side-by-side quad) trails that will require us to engage four-wheel-drive. Please click on this link and sign your name on the petition requesting "more difficult", "most difficult" and rock crawling areas in Central and Eastern Oregon.

Problem with USFS is that anything for motorized use, over 50 inches is classified as a road, not a trail. What 4x4 users nationwide need to do is put the pressure on DC to add a trail classification for motorized use over 50 inches in width. Once classifed as a road, it will fall under one of 5 maint. level classifications and then any difficulty is gone with the breeze.

BLM is somewhat different as they still generally recognize two tracks and the old classification of "way"

Only 31's, but can drag self with either rig
