SUBMIT YOUR WORK PARTY HOURS!
PNW4WDA work parties are essential to protecting public lands and keeping them open for recreation, and every hour volunteered by our clubs and members helps document our commitment to stewardship, responsibility, and community involvement. These recorded hours support our representatives, inform legislators, and strengthen our position when advocating for continued public land access. Simply put, your time matters, and accurate reporting gives our association a strong foundation to stand on. To keep this process clear and consistent, PNW4WDA uses a three part work party reporting system, and each work party requires submission of the applicable forms listed below.
HOW THE SUBMISSION PROCESS WORKS

ONLINE WORK PARTY FORMS
PROJECT REPORT FORM
This form is to be completed when a work party is planned or after..
This Project Report tells us the overall story of the work party and includes:
-
Project name and location
-
Hosting club or member group
-
Type of work performed
-
Tools, equipment, etc.
-
Estimated or completed hours
This form allows us to log the project, review it, and recognize it as a trackable stewardship effort.
MEMBER SIGN-IN SHEET
This form is used to record participation from PNW4WDA and club members who worked the project.
It helps track:
-
Names of participating members
-
Club affiliation
-
Hours contributed per individual
This information allows us to accurately account for how many members participated and how many total hours were completed by the association.
GUEST PARTICIPATION FORM
This form is similar to the Member Sign In Sheet but is specifically for non members.
Use this form for:
-
Friends or family helping at the work party
-
Community volunteers
-
Anyone not currently affiliated with a PNW4WDA club
Guest participation is still valuable and important to document, even if those individuals are not association members.
