The following is a suggested First Aid Trail Kit for day or multi-day trips.  Feel free to add/subtract per individual needs/requirements as needed.

Medium-sized bag/pack (to store kit)

Wilderness First Aid Guide

Space Blanket

Nitrile Gloves

EMT Shears

30ml or 60ml irrigation Syringe

Triangular Bandages (can be used for splints/slings/etc)

Eye Pads

Aloe Vera gel

Alcohol Prep Pads

Band-Aids (various sizes)

Telfa (Stock a larger size, can be cut down for smaller applications)

Absorbent Gauze (2x2 or 4x4s)

QuickClot

Kerlix or Kling

Ace Wrap

Sam Splint

Butterfly Closures

Bacitracin or Triple Antibiotic Ointments

Tylenol/Acetaminophen

Prescription Meds (per individual needs)

Antihistamine (Loratadine (Claritin))

EpiPen (if allergic to bee stings)

Tourniquet

There are many good quality First Aid Kits available with almost, if not all, of these items already included.  Feel free to add as necessary for your needs/requirements.
